PHILIP AAU WRESTLING
PRACTICE PLAN FOR STATE WEEKS
This is our plan for the next 2 weeks of practice. As any plan goes it is
subject to change due to how the boys feel and look at practice, it’s a time of
year that we want to balance pushing them and getting ready for state and
also making sure we don’t burn them out before we are done.
Monday, March 12th= Lift and stretch only (no wrestling due to kindergarten
screening no mats down).
Tuesday, March 13th= Practice (3:45pm)
Wednesday. March 14th= Off
Thursday, March 15th= Practice (3:45pm)
Friday, March 16th= Lift & Stretch (optional) (10:00 am) may go for a short
run outside if the weather is nice, bring running shoes.
Saturday, March 17th= Off
Sunday, March 18th= Off
Monday, March 19th= Practice (3:45 pm)
Tuesday, March 20th= Practice (3:45 pm)
Wednesday, March 21st= Practice older group only (Insanity 3:45pm)
Thursday, March 22nd= Practice
Friday, March 23rd= Weigh in @ state!
We are trying to set up a day that some Pierre boys might come down and
practice with us, we don’t know who, when or how many but I’m trying for
either this Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. I will let you know if it is
going to happen or not in the next couple of days.
