Tournaments

I have a bunch of tournament flyers ready to copy. I will try to make a tournament schedule and hand it out at practice. Let the fun begin!!!

There will be OPEN GYM on Dec. 27 and the 29th at 4:00 pm. If you can't make it that is all right. The first practice will be on January 3rd (first day back from Christmas break). I will post the times. I will be handing out singlets, AAU cards and tournament info that day also. If you have any questions please either give Brad or I a call. Lets have a GREAT wrestling season!!

AAU Parents/Wrestlers Mtg.
When- Monday the 19th of December 2011 @ 5:30 pm
Where- Philip High School (Room A-3)
What- discuss the upcoming season and register the boys for the AAU cards.
Also go over the team rules and practice schedules.
*If you have a child that wants to wrestle this season you need to be at this
meeting if at all possible. We will cover the team rules for practice and
tournaments. I would like all of the kids and parents to hear this information
directly from me so we have no confusion about what is expected of our
wrestlers, parents and coaches.

Close to that time-

It is getting close to that time to sign up and get to wrestling. Hope everyone is ready for another busy season!!! I will let you know when we are having sign up and I will try to have some notes sent home with the time and date when it gets closer. Good Luck to ALL of our young wrestlers this year. Just a heads up: State is in Aberdeen this year and I think Kadoka has districts and I am not sure on Regions yet?

WRESTLING OPEN GYM

REMEMBER THAT THERE IS AAU WRESTLING OPEN GYM. IT IS ON WEDNSEDAY NIGHTS @ 7:00 pm. IT WILL BE IN THE FINE ARTS GYM. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT BRAD HELTZEL.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO START LIFTING WEIGHTS YOU CAN IN THE MORNINGS. PLEASE CONTACT MR. DONNELLY OR MR. MOREHART FOR THIS.

THERE ARE SOME WRESTLING CAMPS COMING UP. I WILL POST THE INFORMATION ABOUT THEM SOON.

POT LUCK

WE WILL BE HAVING THE POT LUCK ON APRIL 14th. IT WILL BE IN THE ELEMENTRY GYM @ 5:30. THEY WILL BE GIVING AWARDS OUT ALSO. PLEASE BRING THE BOYS SINGLETS TO THE GYM AND I WILL PICK THEM UP THERE. I WILL BE BRINGING THE UTINSILS, PLATES, NAPKINS, CUPS AND SOME POP. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TO GET THE SINGLET. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP!!
